The food is excellent. When we walked in, we were told to seat ourselves. Shortly after I commented that I hate seating myself because then nobody knows where we are, our server finally showed up. Service didn't get better after that but the lady who brought our waters was really nice. BUT, the food is excellent.
This place is my favorite in Oneonta. They have wonderful vegetarian options, which is important to me. Service is not that fast but if you want faster service go to a fast food restaurant. I hope the new owners will continue to offer vegetarian options. I am sad about the change over but happy that the owners are getting a chance to retire and enjoy life.
First time here and I really enjoyed it. Food was good, beer list was ok, and the wait staff was very friendly. Will definitely be going back.
Great place for some good homemade food ,good beers and friendly service.

Waitress was so rude I felt uncomfortable staying. She never greeted us, said hello, smiled or said her name. She scowed as we walked in, acting like we were a bother when ordering and asking questions. Never had a dining experience this bad before, we left after she walked away from us while we were trying to place our order.
