Hands down the best service ever. Gary first tried to trouble shoot my problem over the phone to save me from having to pay a service fee, but when it became apparent that the issue was more complex, he was at my door in 10 minutes and had the issue fixed and showed me what the problem was so I could understand. Then he gave me lots of tips on AC maintenance and what kind of thermostats are the best for the setup in my house.

On the hottest day of the year my AC stopped working. I called Autumn Air thinking I knew what part I needed. He tested the capacitor and confirmed that it was not the issue like I thought it was. After talking a bit more he told me what the issue was and I fixed it myself. He did not charge me for his time or knowledge when he easily could have. This is a honest small business that I will be using again and highly recommend.
Gary saved me over $6,000 - i had the top two rated hvac companies on google come out to look at my ac system and they both said it was toast and quoted me over 6k, Gary figured out the problem and charged me almost nothing. I waited almost a year to post this to make sure it was going to keep working - i would recommend him to anybody
Quick repairs. Good equipment. Goodman is good HVAC at great price, but rated low because anyone can be a Goodman dealer. This guy knows what he's doing and can save you money on equipment. Used him for my home plus my rental properties. My go to guy.
