My car overheated today and, luckily, it happened right in front of this store. For obvious reasons, this was very stressful for me. James went above and beyond…not as an employee, but as a kind person who wanted to help another person. He was even leaving to pick up his daughter when he came over to help me. I always have a great experience here. Robert is the guy you want to talk to. Very helpful. Very professional. I had questions about my transmission and if he had a lift, he said he'd do the work himself for me. I laughed. Good energy. Positive attitude and definitely knows the difference between synthetic and standard turn signal fluid.
