I wanted to take a moment to share my experience. I was very disappointed by the way Dale spoke to one of his employees. A young man was helping us at the register when something happened on the screen, and the way Dale addressed him was rude and uncomfortable to witness. Came in because one of my windshield wipers broke. The tech initially thought it could be saved, but I ultimately needed a new one. Even though I didn't purchase it there, the technician showed me how to remove and apply a new one. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I will come back for my vehicle needs.
Keven performs with distinction! Had a light out and he graciously fixed my tail light for me AND helped me find a mobile key cutter (for another vehicle where I needed a new key). Employees like Keven are why I come to AutoZone!
