Curtis was absolutely awesome, very charismatic and super funny and made the experience feel like fun rather than work. I used to avoid this Autozone but after this experience I actually look forward to coming here for all of my auto needs. Thank you sir, you were a blessing

I went to Broad Street location in Erie Pa The guy Mike B was great he was friendly and had a great sense oh humor. But anyhow my Volvo is not a cheap fix, he suggested what he called a ten dollar fix and sold me injection cleaner and y’all 2 days later check engine light off and running great. The dealership was about to charge me an arm and leg!!!!! Thanks Mike B.
I visited this store needing a specific part to get back on the road, but the service left a lot to be desired. The employees seemed completely disinterested in helping and were more focused on their phones than on assisting customers. After getting home, I realized they had sold me the wrong part, which meant I had to make the trip all over again just to handle an exchange. It really felt like a massive waste of my time, and I likely won't be returning to this particular location for any of my future needs.
Great costumer service! Michael was a great help. Highly recommend.
