These establishments do not train their staff to do their job or provide customer service well. They also lacked a lot of basic tools and necessities that you would need. absolutely a waste of time and energy. They severely lacked any type of integrity. DO NOT GO HERE.
I had an excellent experience at AutoZone thanks to Maura and Jose. Maura, the manager, was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure I received the help I needed. Jose went above and beyond with great customer service, answering my questions and helping me find exactly what I was looking for. Muy mala atención al cliente, tengo cirugía en la mano, no puedo mover los dedos bien y tengo dolor por calambres que me dan, despues de decirles que si podrían ayudarme a cambiar la batería de un carro y que si podrían ver la batería del carro para comprar la correcta, me dijero que no, que yo tenia que decidir cual llevar y que no tenían la herramienta despues de las 5 pm para prestármelo y cambiarla yo.
