RecommendedA younger male named Jamie assisted me today and I'm beyond thankful. He changed my headlight and made sure it was working properly before i left because somenody forgot to hook something back up, which i wouldn't have known if not for Jamie. I went to 3 other places for assistance where they all tried to remove the headlight but they were doing it wrong. Helpful staff and willing to change wiper blades.
I came in at 7:30 pm - it was bitter cold, 16*F with windchill. The folks at the desk, Nichelle and Julio, were super friendly and helpful. I walked in assuming I needed trans oil. The tech guy, Julio, came out and checked my car. Nope, trans oil was fine. He hooked his machine up to my car and they printed out a report for me. In addition to that, it also turned out I needed a brake light, which Julio installed - in the freezing cold at night. I can’t say enough good things about Autozone and their team. Thank you.
