I went in about two weeks ago with my mom to pick up a part, and Landon was fantastic! We showed him the part we needed, and he made sure we had everything we needed before leaving. We accidentally picked up the wrong side, which was no fault of Landon’s since we had shown him a picture, but he happily exchanged it for us. Highly suggest not coming to this location at all, I would go to oreily next door. I am a manager at Burger King and I had an employee that came in because her car battery died to try and do a loan service. She was told no and was told she would have to wait for another employee to take her to charge her battery. During this time the other employee was helping another customer while also being bombarded by his coworker telling him to do other request on top of having her wait. AutoZone Griffith, IN came through in a big way for me and my friend whose motorcycle battery failed. They stayed after closing to allow us time to pick up a replacement so he could make it home! Thx!
I came to autozone looking for them to replace my battery that was covered under warranty. The store parts manager told me she was unable to take out my battery due to my car needing a computer reset for a new one. So I asked her to just charge the old one so I won’t be stranded as I drive to the next place to help. She still said no that I needed a computer reset still.
