As my visit to auto zone was very pleasant . A young lady named Lorrelle Mitchell has made my day . My day started very stressful and this young lady attended me In such a greatful way she helped me with my car battery changed it and gave me a warmth feeling and told me everything was going to be ok . I just started crying . Sometimes we just need that one person to listen to us and ms lorrelle thank you for going above and beyond for me. You really made my day! God bless you always

I stopped in one hour before closing to have my sister's car checked since I was driving it and the low oil light came on and was flashing in red and had a long drive home, and it was not safe to drive it with low oil, also during this time there was heavy raining, thunderstorm and lightning.
