Great service from everyone here! I pulled up needing a new battery but was running on a jump so I called in to ask if someone could come out to help me since I did not want to leave my car running. The woman I spoke to was so pleasant and sent out the manager to help me right away. The manager Adam was a great help! He was personable and had me on my way within 10 minutes of arriving! I have yet to have this kind of experience at AutoZone and will only come to this location moving forward.
This AutoZone fixed a problem another one caused with the incorrect headlights and even helped install the new ones. I think his name was Aiden. Big thanks to this location!
I had a great experience at this location of AutoZone thanks to Barry. His customer service is excellent—he’s very kind, patient, and genuinely helpful. I’ve visited twice so far, and both the times he went above and beyond to help me. I’m very happy and pleased with the service I received. Barry is a great example of outstanding customer service, and AutoZone is lucky to have him.
