HORRIBLE service! I was treated rudely and disrespected by an employee by the name of William H. at the Culver City store located on Washington Blvd. I asked to speak with a supervisor to address the issue and to get service from someone competent and nice enough to answer a simple question about an item I was looking for only to be told there was no supervisor available?! Please do not take your business there - Save yourself the grief! Horrendous customer service to say the least!!

Thank you William for literally bending over backwards to get underneath the dashboard to get the right fuse replacement for or power outlets! Despite my due diligence on online research, we couldn’t figure it out but you did and to top it off you found a whole other outlet that we didn’t even know existed! Plus you went the extra mile to figure out which fuse was working and not working within seconds! Your looking like a young Matt Dillon ,rich in character and a super cool personality ! You deserve the best
Very warm staff, they helped us out pretty late at night (almost before closing) and we got what we needed from their store as well!
I went in asking for a silicone lubricant for my sunroof. The two employees I asked for help finding it couldn’t, and were frankly clueless.
