I ordered parts online I picked up, and after getting home and opening the boxes, I noticed some of the parts were damaged as if they had been dropped. I tried to call to get clarification and every time I called they picked up the phone and hung up.
My first time ever at an AutoZone and Jayden helped me find the right battery for my key fob and change it. Great customer service!
This store has gone downhill since the lady manager took over. Bad attitude from her and the employees, Im an independent mechanic and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
