I had a very disappointing experience at this AutoZone today. I came in because my vehicle has been experiencing a leak, and I simply wanted a diagnostic check to see if anything obvious could be identified before taking my car to a mechanic. From the moment I asked an older employee for assistance, I felt dismissed and spoken to very rudely.
