I prefer to go into a store and just be free to wander without someone watching my every move. But there is an older individual that works here, and he will watch you like you are going to steal something. Even had him walk out and try to play it off like he wasn’t trying to get my license plate number and see what kind of car I was driving. I have no reason to steal from anyone and not only is it very uncomfortable but being that I am grown, having something do that to you is very demeaning.
Don't pull up with a bad battery. They offer free testing but if you get stuck they wont jump your car.
This is a nice AutoZone store in Collinsville, Virginia, along business 220. It was my first visit in a long time, so I was pleasantly surprised to find such a clean and neat store. The prices here were pretty good, cheaper than some other auto parts stores. Staff were nice as well. It is an older store and yet looks new.
My girlfriend’s car battery died last week so we went to AutoZone. The staff was super knowledgeable, quickly recommended the right Duralast battery, and installed it for free in the parking lot. Whole thing took no time at all, friendly and no pressure. Turned a headache into an easy fix. Highly recommend!
