The lady's working today was down to earth
Absolutely rude and disrespectful. I'm gonna call them the Bearded lady because they refused to give their name. I was there to pick up an order. A manager in a gray polo was to busy on her personal phone to be bother with me..I am her if the order was ready. She told me she was waiting on something from another store. And when I asked an email she was very rude a kept repeating the same none answer "I told the customer we were waiting on parts" all I wanted to know was a simple eta 10 min 10 hours just a simple answer.
