They were very busy with customers already in the store but I was greeted and asked to wait. I could not find what I needed due to the complexity of car fluids now. After about 10 minutes or less maybe a gentleman looked up my car info, went and grabbed what I needed, sold me a funnel and I was out the door with pleasant small talk and niceties. I had such a great experience with Justo at AutoZone. My car battery unexpectedly died and he was incredibly helpful during a stressful situation. He took the time to check everything, helped replace the battery, and made sure my car was good to go before I left. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me. Excellent customer service and definitely someone who deserves recognition! :)
