Ive been procrastinating writing this review, but Ive been thinking and I dislike how this manger treats hes customers, a couple weeks ago I went in to get a sterring wheel cover and while im walking around loooking for them, I get asked by the manger David if i need help finding anything and I proceeded to say yes, but before I even asked my questions. Had people cut me in line slow
I had a great experience. I stopped by to get a car battery check and Lynda was incredibly helpful. She helped me diagnose the health of my battery at no charge, offered great options for new batteries, and informed me they do the install at the store for no additional cost. Lynda was very kind, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. Thank you!
Either hire more cashiers or lower your prices. A $12 steering wheel cover is $5 at Dollar Tree down the street. I shouldn't have to wait to buy a 5 dollar screw because the only cashier is talking to some guy about an alternator for his truck.
