I was impressed by the gentlemen at Auto Zone. They stepped up to change my battery when a local competitor would not. They were very knowledgeable and eager to help Me out!
This place is horrible they need to find workers who know what they're doing! FOUR different times (different parts each time) and they give me the wrong size part every time! I'll be going to a different part store from now on.
The autozone back home would always replace wiper blades, tail lights, or atleast show me what I needed to do. These guys wouldn't even step outside to look and see if that was the issue. And when I asked for help (just a question; God forbid they leave from behind the counter) they acted as though they were annoyed that I interrupted their conversation. Worst experience ever I will go across town to advance auto next time for sure
I called their they told me the part I was looking for was their come down and get it. I drove down and the lady told me the part I put on hold was under some stuff and she wasn't going to dig it out.
