I went in to have someone get the diagnostic code for why my check engine light just went on. Tiger helped me and he was the best ever! Tiger used the scanner to find out that my coolant thermostat was bad. He said it was an easy 20-30 minute fix and if I came by after work, he'd help me replace it. All I had to do is pay for the parts. Autozone is lucky to have Tiger! He is awesome!!!
Every time I go into the store to try and purchase something, there’s always something that goes wrong. The people behind the counter do not have common sense and cannot complete a simple transactions.
One of the best auto parts retailers. Great competitive prices.
Doing it yourself can be tricky. You want someone who's helpful, knowledgeable, customer service oriented, or even intelligible. Twice this week I just left the store and got help at Napa down the road.
