The Customer Reps are amazing, but that general manager may want to lay off the attitude a bit. Being a collector, I would rather go elsewhere. Not that it hurts Autozone’s feelings any.
Consistently meets needs.
Everytime i come here they are incredibly helpful, store is clean and cool on hot days. Didn't even need to purchase anything from the store this time, but he came out to the parking lot, helped me change my lightbulb and wished me a good day. Will always recommend them if you care about customer service.
Manager Christine and Assistant Manager PG were very helpful and friendly. They let me take each sun visor out to my truck till I found the correct model that fit my Tacoma. Thanks Ladies, let me know when we are going Skydiving!
