Here we go with the disgusting HORRIBLE customer service. Where did the service mentality go I will never know…but I just got off the phone with a VERY VERY rude woman named Veronica who abruptly tells me I have to come back in to fix a mistake done by one of the employees at the shop. I mean literally as soon as I get on the phone ..I was sleep!! Called to order front shocks for Nissan and bushings for suffrage the idiot on the phone was ignorant and obnoxious he said that no such thing as front shocks and started to argue and hung up i called back the next day the same idiot answered then hung up I went to O rilly and bought over $1000 of parts Autozone not only lost this order but lost me for ever this the intelligence u get from $10 and hour worker
