I mean no one comes to autozone for good customer service but this people are so nasty
Latasha, the manager, was so helpful and informative. She presented all my options concisely even while battling severe neck pain. She made sure I understood the warranties on my purchases while running the floor like sergeant in the marine core. 10/10 experience and I will be back for her knowledge alone!
During my visit to the store, I ended up getting into a verbal altercation with a rude, masculine woman who obviously hates that she didn’t stay in school and has to work at AutoZone. I first observed her rudely reprimanding a coworker about his performance in front of customers. Long story short, she has bad energy and a nasty attitude and does not need to be interacting with any customers whatsoever. The worst service ever received. They should work more on their customer service; it seems they don't like to work. They should stay home.
