I was in the store the moment that Mr.anthony was here and I was buying a part and, I was disrupted by the way the customer spoke to the representative, I come in Autozone often and they always treat me good at the Claymont location. I was sold a part that didn't fit my car. I went to return it and the black woman with a red wig refused it. She said it was used but, when I put it in my car it didn't match up. She was completely rude and unprofessional. And had the nerve to tell me to have a blessed day. AFTER GOING THERE FOR YEARS WILL NOT RETURN.
I had an excellent experience at AutoZone thanks to Net. She went above and beyond to help me purchase the right battery for my GMC Acadia and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was her follow-up — she even called to make sure I received my rebate after turning in my old battery.
