Easy, in and out battery replacement. Let's never overthink the simple purchase and install of a car battery. I like to keep things simple and they do just that. Very polite employees, and they take care to replace the battery, correctly without smudging my hood of my car.
They had hard time getting ladder to look on shelf for parts!
Needed a shifter linkage bushing for my 2012 Silverado. I go into the store and tell the younger guy behind the counter what I need. His response? "The ones we have are on isle 4(?)." So I ask "can you look and see which one fits my truck?" He then says "yeah, I can't look up which one fits. You should just go to Chevy and get the OEM bushing."
