I had an absolutely amazing experience.Gene, David, Michelle, and Trevor assisted me and were beyond helpful. I’m grateful to have a store like this, with employees like that in my hometown.
Terrible customer service I recently went in was told I needed a starter purchased from this auto zone and machine stated I need a battery so I did a return with my receipt they accepted the starter and reassured me the return would take 24/72 hours the item was purchased on my end I had to dispute the claim after being charged for a service I did not receive terrible customer service after speaking to a store manager do not go there

The two gentlemen working were wonderful and didn't make me feel like I was clueless and were a great help. Even offered an umbrella so that I wouldn't get rained on. Very happy with the professionals and calmness and still some humor.
