I had a great experience at AutoZone. I came in to have my check engine light tested and to look for specific parts so I could run a vacuum leak test on my intake. Karl, spelled K-A-R-L, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process. He took the time to help me figure out what I needed and made the whole visit much easier. Great customer service, and I really appreciate Karl’s help.

I cannot say enough good things about the team at AutoZone on 2620 US-1 in St. Augustine, especially Store Manager George Bresnock and his associate Mahaniah. On May 9th, while traveling from Toronto, Canada to Port Canaveral with my family, our vehicle suddenly died on us near St. Augustine.
