I am a long time customer. I came in with my 2020 jeep showing a engine light code and automatic start stop light on. The obd reader said low voltage. I replaced the main battery but the automatic start stop light still showed. All forums said to replace the auxillary battery. I brought my 25 month old delco platinum with 36 month warranty. The autozone tech said my battery was 80 percent. I still purchased a new battery and the automatic start stop light went off. I asked for a warranty return on my battery. Helpful clerks, decent inventory. Didn't have the item was seeking but offered suggestions on where I could find it.
This organization does NOT stand behind their products. I purchased a "Slime" brand portable compressor from them a few months ago- it worked the 1st time, but the 2nd time I used it, the unit burned up- smoke literally coming out of the unit. When I tried to exchange it, Auto Zone refused to allow me to either return or exchange it. Do yourself a favor- buy online, where returns are easy. I'll never purchase from AutoZone again.
