Employees were friendly and knowledgeable.
This location has some of the laziest and learned employees. Went to this location to pick up a battery that needed to be tested after they charged it. I asked the employee is the battery good, they said idk, ok no worries. I also need to see if a part came in that I paid for been waiting on it for week and paid extra to have it on time. They asked did we call you? I said no that’s why I’m checking. Yes sir it’s here, ok cool I would like my money back because Oriellys had it to me the next day
I had such a great experience at AutoZone thanks to Michael Stringer. I came in completely lost about what was going on with my car, especially with the AC not working properly, and he went above and beyond to help me. He did not just point me in the right direction, he actually came outside, opened my hood, and walked me through everything step by step.
