I will NEVER come back to this location after today. I walked in the store around 7:00 pm with my wallet and a bottle of touch up paint in hand. One of the people at the counter asked how I was and if I needed help and I said no thank you. I walked all the way to the other side of the store to the touch up paint area attempting to find this paint for my car and couldn't find it. I went to the counter and asked if I could exchange what I had for the paint I needed and the employee said I had to talk to a manager to do it and ... read more

I want to say Thank You to Mark Neville for going above and beyond. While traveling through Jeffersonville, Indiana our truck broke down. We managed to get to an AutoZone on 10th St. store #0681. We had to fix it in the parking lot and it was really hot out. Mark and the staff helped us get the parts we needed and he checked on us a few times to make sure we were okay. I recently put in an application at the Jeffersonville Auto zone. I’ve worked on cars over half my life and am very knowledgeable in that area. Almost every time I receive a part from this location, it is the wrong part. The employees that I have spoken with only know what the computer tells them. They have zero knowledge about cars or how to work on them. Today I was told that I can’t even be considered because I currently do not have a drivers license. I was shocked I wasn’t even given a chance?!

Years ago AUTOZONE used to be THE place to go for parts and help. Today? No. Most don't know what they're talking about don't know their "field". Also customers like me don't like stock answers of "well that's what my computer says" or "well my system doesn't break down the parts list that far."

Do not buy from here!!! If you happen to make a mistake and use your card to purchase from here you will have to wait a whole week to get your money back. So hope that money wasn't to fix your car cause it was for mine and now because of AUTOZONE HOLDING my money MY CAR IS STILL DOWN UNTIL THEY GIVE ME MONEY BACK.
