My husband and I were traveling home to south central Kentucky when our battery light came on. Stopped here and Cliff tested the battery and alternator. Upon discovering that we needed a new alternator and inquiring about where to go to get it fixed, Cliff recommended two places. One was unable to do it until the next day, but the other place got us up and running in no time. Thank you Cliff! You are much appreciated.

Called to place an order and dealt with one of the most unprofessional customer service representatives i have ever dealt with named Cliff Coggins, after jumping through unnecessary hoops and dealing with customer support I finally had my order processed. When I went in to pick up the parts the service was a complete 180 thanks to Doug. I am forced to give this a 1 star experience solely on my experience with Cliff. I would give my review a 5 star if only I had dealt with Doug and never interacted with the terrible gentleman... read more
