Very Rude Manger Marvin & Employee Isaiah Employee didn'tvhave mask on & they allowed people to come in without masks. The Manager was yelling at the customers to change the direction of the line that had already formed & social distance. But you have an employee with a mask on serving people. I had a part ordered for in store pickup. Turns out i had to leave the area immediately following. Fast forward to today i forgot that I had this part delivered to store. Now i am getting bounced around because the store manager states i picked up the part the following day it was ordered. I got poor support from customer service and this store manager. 25 Apr 2018

This store has poor customer service. Don’t call you will be left on hold while they play in the background. The website lies the have nothing. Just terrible employees.
Great prices!!! They saved me so much money. I went to Pep Boys and they wanted to charge me over $500 for parts plus $275 for labor. Auto Zone cost me $88 for parts and I got a mechanic who gave me a sweet deal fixing my car...
Doesn't actually check for parts, always 5 plus minute hold when trying to verify a part.
