I came in a few days ago to see about borrowing a 3 jaw tool to pull my seized transmission motor mount. Daniel spent a lot of time showing me a few loaner tools and options they had in stock to purchase and to loan. I ended up borrowing the 7 ton tool which took 5-10 minutes to pull the mount.

My brother in law bought a battery online from AutoZone because it was not available in store. He installed it himself and the car wouldn't start. Took it back to this store and this store straight up accused him of being a scammer / thief and wouldn't take their DEFECTIVE battery back. Don't accuse a customer of wrongdoing unless you're absolutely sure. I wasn't an AutoZone customer before and I sure won't be now!
Had an engine light came on while driving. Freaked out in my mind and stopped by the autozone at this location. Met Nathan who came out and help with the diagnosis… blah.. blah long story short this man is freaking awesome helpful and a positive attitude. He explained all the stuff and made logical recommendations. Thanks Nathan
