On 5/14/26, I purchased a supposedly brand new DuraLast Platinum car battery from Tallahassee South Monroe. One would assume if you're purchasing a nearly $300 battery it would be good. However, on 5 /24/26 I attempted to start my car with absolutely nothing powering up (i.e. no dashboard lights, radio). After about 15-20 minutes troubleshooting the problem, my last thought was a battery issue. The manager Ahmahd was very helpful and patient dealing with us when we were purchasing a battery. He even helped replaced the battery as well even though the setup on our Ford escape was very difficult. I see why he is a manager for the 2526 location. He gave a five star service
