Just went to Autozone and sale rep lady that was there today this morning was horrible. We ask her a question pertaining to lights on our car and she said she not a mechanic. It was a simple questions. She was horrible. Her attitude was horrible. Don't shop there just go anywhere else. She was white or Spanish

On 5/14/26, I purchased a supposedly brand new DuraLast Platinum car battery from Tallahassee South Monroe. One would assume if you're purchasing a nearly $300 battery it would be good. However, on 5 /24/26 I attempted to start my car with absolutely nothing powering up (i.e. no dashboard lights, radio). After about 15-20 minutes troubleshooting the problem, my last thought was a battery issue.
