My family (my husband and newborn) are 5 hrs away from home. My car started to flash a warning every time we turned it on. So we stopped at this autozone to have it tested. Willie was awesome. He helped us diagnosed it as a bad battery and helped us change it quickly (as my baby as dog were in the car and it’s 90 degrees). We are so greatful! Thank you Willie!!

The two females there, were very rude. When I walked in they were standing behind the counter on their phones, when I said what I was there for they both started laughing. I left to go home to search for a receipt, when I got back a young man waiting on me at first he didn't seem friendly after I told him what was going on and he checked my battery he seemed to be more attentive knowing I had to spend my money with him
