I called and asked if they installed batteries. The guy asked me what type of car. I explained it's for a Mazda cx5 Carbon. He said let me pull the schematic. He quoted me a price for the battery. I asked if they could do it right away. He said to bring it over. I arrive in about 10 minutes. A lady with blueish hair in a ponytail is at the counter. I came into this AutoZone yesterday so I could get my significant others headlight fixed. When I went in both of the men that were working were so kind and extremely helpful. But unfortunately My significant other already bought a bulb for the headlight so I had to return it this morning and when I returned it this morning, I met The other employees, which were also absolutely amazing! Very friendly, knowledgeable staff
I came to auto zone to get my headlight fixed because I went to a different store prior to coming to pine I met with geanette and she was very patient and helped me figure out the problem. I am thankful to her because she helped me leave with a problem solved. I can honestly say I am a happy customer ❤️❤️🤞🏼
Called twice and they hung up on me after i said hello? What kind of customer service is this? Glad i didnt take my car here
