Had such a great experience with Amanda and William. I needed help replacing my windshield wipers, testing my battery, buying some fuel system cleaner and returning half axles that I had bought in 2019 under lifetime warranty. They were extremely kind and patient and made sure I got the best deal and the best advice for everything. I came from Ontario where there are no AutoZones, but they made it well worth the 2 hrs of driving and 2 hrs of waiting at the border!
I called and asked if they installed batteries. The guy asked me what type of car. I explained it's for a Mazda cx5 Carbon. He said let me pull the schematic. He quoted me a price for the battery. I asked if they could do it right away. He said to bring it over. I arrive in about 10 minutes. A lady with blueish hair in a ponytail is at the counter. I came into this AutoZone yesterday so I could get my significant others headlight fixed. When I went in both of the men that were working were so kind and extremely helpful. But unfortunately My significant other already bought a bulb for the headlight so I had to return it this morning and when I returned it this morning, I met The other employees, which were also absolutely amazing! Stink like trash can the guy with skirt (guy, manager or who ever)didnt welcome us to the store, the barrier language lady was so polite and her customer service was beyond, people like her we need as a company customer service representation not like the guy with grey shirt that it look like he dont even know what he was doing. How can company hire people like that with no clue. @autozone managers
