My mother came in to have her battery checked after her car wouldn’t start nearby. The employee checked her battery by plugging an OBD2 scanner under her dashboard. Since when do you check a battery with an OBD2 scanner? The incompetent employee sent my mom on her way thinking her battery was just fine. Came with a dead battery to Auo Zone on Speedway in Tucson. Able removed my battery, and then was able to see that I still had a warranty on it from Toyota. He informed me that I perhaps could save some money by going back to Toyota. He put the battery back in the car, with a smile on his face and mine! Great guy and great service, when they think of things for your benefit!!! I was very pleased!!!
Isiah was awesome. He got me a new battery with great customer service and installed in the brutal sun. Give that guy a raise!
