they need to get rid of the rude lady that told me I didnt have to come back after I started walking out after I tried to exchange the wrong part for another. didnt say one word on my way out and she said I didnt have to come back.
I'm normally always happy with the customer service. today I needed a battery and the customer service was horrible. I understand its cold and snowing but I shouldn't of been treated the way that I was over a battery installation.
Normally I'm not the one to complain but after bringing business to this location and having a commercial account with them I've by far recieved the worst service I have in a long time from any auto parts store.The woman who helped me with tracking down a warrantied part name was Kristen she was very rude offered little or no assistance on getting to issue resolved and put me on hold numerous times.I myself will not the bringing business back to this location and I will be sure to tell everyone at my shop not too as well.
Kristen was very rude and unprofessional she answered her cell phone and left me mid conversation then sold me the wrong part. Not to mention she ignored me while she flirted with some guy she had already rung out before even attempting to help me
Came in late in the evening to get a battery installed and Jason was awesome!
Bobby from AutoZone was very helpful with my stuck license plate. Thanks again!
I would recommend to anyone. The staff is very helpful. Especially tonight when Tony worked in the freezing cold to change my difficult headlight. I will definitely be returning in the future!
