Excellent Service I have used this business many times and have always had excellent service. One gentleman even changed the connections for may battery and wouldn't event take a tip. I have purchased many items from this store and have always had good service and parts. PROS: Excellent service CONS: Parking is a pain
HORRIBLE AVOID THIS PLACE I'm reviewing the Autozone on Cheyenne and Rainbow in the Walmart shopping center. The customer service is horrible, the people who work there are rude EVERY time that I've ever been in there. I once asked the clerk if he could check my battery, and this guy hooks up the machine and tells me that my battery is fine. Two days later it died, I brought it to my respected auto mechanic, and they said the battery was operating at less-than-minimal capacity. I trust my mechanic because they are a major de... read more
Excellent service, top value I've visited this shop several times re: jeep 'issues.' Each time the staff has been helpful, friendly, courteous -- and anxious to help 'fix the problem.' The manager, Mr. Gilberto, not only supervises well, but serves as an excellent customer service person by always being willing to help -- especially when the sales staff is busy, and diagnostics are required outside. I would recommend this business very highly + you can pick up or drop off Goodwill items next door!
