They were insulting at the beginning of my visit. Then I let them know that this was not funny and I needed help then they sort of helped me I will not be going back there.
A friend and I needed a very specific and obscure tire part to help fix damage to a vehicle. We talked with the man behind the counter several times over the course of our visit, he was very kind and polite. He was very helpful, admitting upfront they probably didn't have the really specific part, but pointing us to some things that might work and helping us work through a solution to our problem when it turned out Autozone had no product that could help. I have always had such a great experience at this autozone and today Spencer continued to show great customer service! I cannot thank him enough! He really went above and beyond! I will continue to come back to this autozone because of staff like Spencer! Very knowledgeable and so incredibly helpful! And super quick!
