Auto zone has sign that says loan a tool services but they are only allowed to loan certain things. A lady needed help with her battery terminal and the new guy was willing to help and the manager stopped him from walking outside with tools and said no so my husband is trying to help her fix it and the woman wouldn’t even let the employee look for the correct terminal my husband had to go in to the store to find it. I want to commend Jennifer C. The Parts Sales Manager at Brookhaven Autozone. Jennifer is welcoming, energetic, kind and professional and courteous. I come in once a month and all the staff and managers are very nice and have good energy. Jennifer installed my windshield wipers and walked me to the sales on windshield wiper fluid bug cleaner.
