Car battery started dying on me, even after charging it. Time to replace it! Pulled into AutoZone in Marysville. James was super helpful. Helped me match the battery I currently had, and got the best price for me. He lent me a ratchet & 10mm deep socket. Battery bought & changed in less than 10 minutes. Super smooth transaction. Excellent customer service. Well done!

AutoZone used to be my go to store. But the customer service at the Marysville store is lacking. Two women were working the counter. One was with a customer and another on the phone. Bother were taking a really long time. No acknowledgment of the two of us that were in line to purchase items, no “I’ll be right with you.” Just ignored. Then two men came out from the back - laughing and joking and also ignoring the people that were in line to purchase items. At that point I set my items down and left.
