I got in my car yesterday and discovered my battery was dead. I went to autozone and Lucas made what could have been a stressful morning, into a pleasant experience. He was kind, understanding, and thorough. I appreciated it a great deal!
Greatest store manager ever!!! He had a warranty battery back in my car and me back on the road within minutes!! When they make you feel like family, why would you go anywhere else!! Thank you so much Oakland Autozone!!! Highly recommend!!!
