Placed an online order within the time frame to get next day delivery. I’m now 2 days later and still don’t have the parts to complete my repair. Customer service was of no assistance at all. Tried getting parts from the store but they will not honor the 20% discount that I was getting online. I highly doubt I will ever buy anything from AutoZone again. My local auto parts store will be getting my business from now on
Gotta give good review for employee named Ali. Needed to recharge my A/C and he actually came out and did it for me. 5 stars!
