William & John was amazing. Very professional and they both went above and beyond to help me resolve my battery issues. Thank you both
John and David helped me out of a huge pickle!!! Not sure I would have been able to get out of it without them. Small piece of plastic fell in after I put in my oil, I could see it and everything. I asked for help and John brought out a tube with some tape to stick it and pull it out. It was too big so I used some chewed gum and a straw. David brought out long pliers. So once I got the plastic up half way with the gum the pliers did the rest. Like playing operation. Much love to them!!!
Rude customer service. The associate are lazy. They didn't want to move from the chair to help to find the items. He said if I need help to find something I can go to the car dealership. Lol
Thanks to William he helped me change my taillight, and even went the extra mile to make sure the screws were properly tightened!!!
