Stopped by after my car wouldn’t start to check my battery. Walked in Bryan said no I can’t I’m counting money while someone he was with was in the back sitting on a ladder. It was not near closing time. He was rude the whole time sign says 9pm is closing time and it’s 8:00pm.
The previous issue seems to have been adopted as policy. They can't locate parts that are almost within arms reach. I walked outside and promptly ordered the low pressure switch I needed, then walked right back in to retrieve the order. Both employees that had helped me less than 5 minutes before had no idea who I was. I had some minor damage to the bottom of my car and stopped by hoping to get zip ties. They immediately offered to take care of it and did a more permanent fix. They’ve got an awesome team who’s willing to help!

Went to get my battery replaced, and got amazing service. Kamauri was extremely helpful and taught me a few things while he replaced the battery!
