Nico was very good to help me install a battery in my car. Customer service was amazing 5/5 stars for nico
I had some problems with my car with the temperature and starting i went to this Autozone and everyone was extremely helpful but the one employee that stood out and went above and beyond to help me was a gentleman named Steven. I believe I experienced the pinnacle of customer service from my interaction with Steven and I will recommend this Autozone in the future to everyone.
slow and no help
Very bad experience at AutoZone located at 12755 Sherman Way, North Hollywood, CA 91605. My husband went in to exchange a VVT sensor that did not work, and the manager on duty was extremely rude and unhelpful. She refused to help at first, argued with her own employee in front of him, and continued arguing even after the issue was being resolved.
