Excellent customer service from Fabio
My car battery died so I walked to this AutoZone and met Fabio, who really helped me out! There is definitely a reason why his name is all over these reviews! The corrosion on my 10 year old battery was pretty intense so it took a some effort to replace and I was really grateful for his assistance.
Really friendly and knowledgable staff at this location. Helped out right away and the team was clear and efficient about getting a battery replacement sorted for me. Fabio offered to take care of the swap so I could return the old core right there, and we even chatted about our love for Subarus. He took the time to check some things to make sure they were working correctly too after the battery swap.
