I visited the store today was Greeted and helped by Edward M, he’s very professional helped me find out my battery was bad and he replaced it for me. Perfect price with the labor Can’t Complain Will be back when I need car parts. Keep up the good work
My Battery was giving me problems today. I went to the lake view terrace autozone, which I always go too because they're all great workers/employees at this location. All very knowledgeable and polite. Anyways walked in and Edward came over right away to ask if I need help. He helped me all day today with my battery from testing it, to telling me how to take it out and bring it back so he could charge it, And putting it back in to test the charging system. This autozone is my favorite. I always know that theres great customer service. Edward especially went out his way to answer all my questions I had and was able to learn from all the new information. To making sure I had the best products for my vehicle.
I had to buy a new battery and Edward did a great job at explaining the different options available also helped me install it. very greatfull for his help and expertise
