Went there yesterday after a faulty battery in my wife's car that I bought here 6 months ago. Sylvester was extremely helpful and laid back, made it incredibly easy to just swap it after him running a scan and he gave me a new one in a matter of minutes. Possibly the best customer service I experienced at this store in the 5 years I've been coming here since moving to Lakeview Terrace. When I walked in yesterday and a female manager raise her hand at a customer and almost hit her . I’ve shopped here before and the same manager has given me rude customer service. She’s always on her phone and tells me to go to a different autozone she doesn’t help
