Adrian M. went above and beyond to help us find a sensor that no one had. He called multiple stores in the district for us and finally tracked one down near van nuys airport. Thank you so much Adrian M.
Dont go here to get assistance. Always short staff. I waited 40 minutes just for me to end up fixing the issue. Dont hire people who cant work on cars.
The “WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE “ I went to purchase a new battery for my truck and I need professional assistance, so I asked ADGUSTO. F but he completely ignored me; Personally. I don’t recommend this place for anyone to need parts. The Customer Service is the Worse- they really ought to have more professional and well trained staff. 👎
Soheil has the worst customer service I ever experienced in the past 15 years I been coming to this location. Very aggressive and rude and disrespectful to customers and employees. Talks among everyone and acts very self centered . I came to buy oil and check battery and Emilio gave us dirty looks and purposely didn’t put it on the charger and when I asked soheil if they try to charge it .
