I had a very disappointing experience with an AutoZone employee named Ali. I went in needing help with my car because I’m not knowledgeable about cars, and instead of being patient and helpful, he was disrespectful and made me feel uncomfortable for asking questions. Customers should be able to ask for assistance without being talked down to or treated poorly. I would give no stars but that is not possible so I give this a one. DO NOT COME HERE very disappointed
Needed to replace a wiper blade, and was hoping to have someone install it for me. Well, I was in luck. Jessica sold me the product I needed and installed it even in 95 degree scorching heat. Thank you for your assistance and friendly customer service.
Have best parts and if they don't they will find it. Extremely helpful
