I had my heater hose pop off its coupler while driving past this Autozone and was able to coast into the parking lot before overheating. Figured out what happened and when I asked if they or a nearby store had a replacement, Luis (I hope I caught his name correctly) helped me build a replacement for less than $40 instead of sending me across town for a $200 OE replacement. Erika, the assistant manager, is a gem! She found everything I need for an oil change, tracked everything down, and took great care of me - she rocks!!
Luis is an angel! He talked me through replacing my battery when my car unexpectedly died and answered all my silly questions. When I told him I didn't know anything and I had no answers, he told me he did and he helped me. Luis worked for over an hour on my car to replace the old battery that was stuck, and fix it to be better. He told me tips for things that needed replacing soon but weren't urgent, and explained why they would help. Rob Moore went above and beyond to help me figure out exactly what my car needed. He took the time to educate me, explain my options, and make sure I was buying the right parts instead of just trying to make a sale. Honest, knowledgeable customer service like that is hard to find these days. AutoZone is lucky to have someone like Rob on their team. I’ll definitely be coming back because of the excellent experience he provided!
