super helpful staff every time
I'm giving this five for Chris the manager on Broad st very nice and he is very helpful i had a problem with my alternator in my Chevy traverse and I tell you he took very good care of me if the whole world was like him we would be in a better place thanks again Chris.
Definitely need more professional staff members!! Picking up my online order, which I was never alerted was ready for pick up. I get to the store and was told the item was out of stock, after asking for a refund the associate all of a sudden “finds” the item on the shelf. But here is the kicker, as he is ringing me up his personal cell phone rings and he answers then has a full blown conversation about going out to a club or party.. right in front of me. Didn’t even offer a bag, say thanks for coming or anything… like CUSTOM... read more
Logan helped me reach my coolant top that accidentally fell to my skid plate. Took time out of what he was doing and worked to find a solution until we could get our hands on it. Awesome guy.
