I love going here because I haven't had any problems with them and all the parts I've gotten are good and when it comes to warranty they have no problem at all and I recently went to oreillys because it was cheaper and I learned the hard way that I shouldn't of gone there that I should of stayed with autozone even though it's expensive and paid a little more than get it cheaper and really pay for something cheap and not only that they are always upset about everything there at oreillys and about the warranty it sucks so basi... read more

Very bad customer service!! My son and I drove from Edinburg to get parts so he could work on his jeep today...they were the store that had the parts he needed. It was a 40 mile round trip to get home with the parts and find out that one of the brake drums was in the wrong box. When I called I was told I could exchange the part at any store and the closest one with the part was in Harlingen (a 64 mile round trip) or I could bring it back and get my money back.
