Hoy 20 de Abril 12 pm fuimos a comprar y nadie nos atendió, solo nos vieron y nos ignoraron aun cuando habían 4 empleados, ni siquiera nos voltearon a ver, pésima atencion en ese lugar , nos salimos y compramos en O Reilly Auto parts, donde si nos atendieron muy bien.
This is the second time I have had to go to the AutoZone in Mercedes, TX on my own. Being a female , it can be somewhat intimidating. Both times it’s been the same employee, Jose Lazo, who has helped me, and both times he has provided excellent customer service. He is so very nice, helpful and explains things to me in a manner I can understand. I am so grateful that my local AutoZone has such courteous, knowledgeable and friendly people working there.
