Called, employee took my information exactly what I wanted when I got there 40 minutes later didn't have the part wrong part. Repeated it three different times. NO Stars
They were supposed to deliver a part to the store near me, and didn’t. Then when the lady at my autozone tried to call this shop, they put her on hold for 20 mins and never answered. Had to be sent to another autozone to pick up the part. This location seems like they have incompetent staffing all around.
Help me go back-and-forth looking for tools said they had the tool which they didn’t have the part
Great store. clean, friendly employees. Good service. Answered my phone inquiry with no problems. My only disappointment or misunderstanding is if I fixed the PO fault problem that was previously scanned. Why can't the associate clear the code? But, I can walk up and purchase a scanner and clear it myself...
