F$@k this store. Called to see if they had a part in stock because I had to drive 30 minutes to get there. First guy hung up on me, second girl put me on hold. I waited on hold so long I literally got in my car, drove 30 minutes to the store, waited in line for 25 minutes behind only 3 customers, watched the very same girl answer the phone 3 times while I was in line, gave them the part number, waited 10 minutes for them to get the part, checked out and I was still on hold an hour after I first called. Very slow cashiers !! Waited 25 minutes for one item !! The line was to the front door and only 2 cashiers were working!! Felt like I was in Walmart !!

I am not a big fan of auto zone especially store # 1108 , they boast about their life time warranty when in essence it’s simply a two year warranty, cause you can only return such merchandise for a period of two years then you shhh out of luck. It should really read limited warranty. As for the New Brunswick store their service is terrible not to mention try calling them , they either answer the phone and put you on eternal hold or simply pick up and hang right up. Thumbs way down for auto zone ... Stay out of the Zone !
Ordered a part on Sat. Was told it would be in Tues. Tuesday came and no call. I went in and they looked around telling me it's not in yet. Meanwhile I see boxes all over. Several on the counter. One specifically stands out. Next day, also, no call, so I call them and they say that the part is in. I go in to find that it was the box that I saw the day before and the received date on the receipt on the box was for Tuesday, the day they said it wasn't in. Everything in stock at 10 pm and no attitudes.it's worth the trip.
The best Auto parts store in the area So far had every thing I needed in stock for my 64 Chevy pick up . Not like other places that say they have the parts and they are wrong or not in stock . Sorry Manny ,More and Jack you suck..
