Matthew was amazing—helped diagnose a blown OBD fuse, find replacement fuses, and took time out of his day to replace it himself and confirm it worked. Even helped me top off wiper fluid. Great experience at this shop, got out for $14 and saved what I’m sure would have been a much more expensive situation at a mechanic. Kind, informative, and didn’t feel talked down to or oversold
Came in 40mins before close on a monday night with a battery issue, Adam the cashier worked quick! Didn't waste No time, while the battery was being tested in less than 10mins, made small talk about bikes and being young haha, battery needed to be replaced, less than 15mins I walked in with a problem and Adam helped quick, 10/10 would go back cause Adam showed the very best service, solution and cheered me up all in like 15-20mins!
Last week I wasn't able to start my car. Got a jump and after work I went to the Auto Zone on west Prince. Matthew E. who is the manager for this location was so helpful. He tested the battery and it was bad. Got a new one and he was able to put it in right then. Thanks Matthew!
